CERT Hosts AED / CPR Basic Safety Skills Class
Del Webb Lakewood Ranch CERT hosted an AED / CPR basic safety skills class on February 7, 2023 with instructors from Landes Emergency Training Services.
These are recurring training sessions for Del Webb residents to teach them basic life safety skills. Besides AED use and CPR for adults and infants, the instructors from Landes also taught abdominal thrusts for choking to assist people experiencing a choking event.
The next AED / CPR training classes are scheduled for April 16, 2024 at 3:00pm and 6:30pm. Each class is limited to 25 attendees.
