- Ensure that forms, clipboard, and pens / pencils are in stock.
Readiness Condition 4 – Preparation
- Communicate evacuation intentions to Team Captain.
Readiness Condition 3 – Standby
- Maintain the Equipment Log and distribute forms as necessary to each team.
Readiness Condition 2 – Alert
- Attend Activation Briefing.
Readiness Condition 1 – Activate
- Assist the Incident Commander and Communications with preparing comms log and message forms.
- Compile all documentation and forward to the Incident Commander.
