Readiness Condition 6 – Training
- Schedule and approve continuing education and disaster preparedness classes.
- Update website, update contact information with Manatee County agencies.
Readiness Condition 5 – Awareness
- Approve status change to Readiness Condition 5 (Awareness).
- Update website and Facebook page.
Readiness Condition 4 – Preparation
- Approve status change to Condition 4.
- Send Readiness Condition 4 e-mail to all CERT members.
- Update website and Facebook page.
- Notify Activation Manager.
Readiness Condition 3 – Standby
- Approve status change to Condition 3.
- Send email to CERT members.
- Update website and Facebook page and notify Activation Manager.
Readiness Condition 2 – Alert
- Approve status change to Condition 2.
- Send email message to all CERT members.
- Update website and Facebook and notify Activation Manager.
Readiness Condition 1 – Activate
- Upon deactivation, conduct a “Lessons Learned” debrief of all members.
- Update website and Facebook page.
